These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SastiSawari passenger and captain services. By creating an account or using the apps, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Account sharing is prohibited.
Passenger obligations
Provide correct pickup/drop details, behave respectfully, pay applicable fares, and follow safety instructions. Misconduct, harassment, or fraudulent bookings may lead to suspension.
Captain obligations
Maintain valid license, CNIC, and vehicle documents; keep the vehicle roadworthy; accept/fulfill trips professionally; and comply with local traffic and transport rules.
Fares & payments
Fares may include distance, time, waiting, surge, tolls, or package pricing as shown in-app before confirmation. Wallet, cash, and other enabled methods may apply.
Cancellations & disputes
Cancellation fees may apply per in-app rules. Disputes should be reported promptly via support. SastiSawari may mediate using trip logs and device data.
Zero-tolerance safety
Harassment, violence, discrimination, intoxication while driving, trip diversion fraud, and serious misconduct are prohibited and may result in permanent bans and legal referral.
Subscriptions, referrals & incentives
Captain subscriptions, performance bonuses, and the 5-level referral tree are governed by published program rules. Self-referral rings, fake accounts, trip manipulation, and other abuse void rewards and may trigger account action.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SastiSawari is a technology platform connecting passengers and captains. Captains provide transportation services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond mandatory legal limits.
